The Air Jordan 12 Retro "Obsidian" 2027 is the 30th anniversary return of one of the most collector-debated AJ12 colorways ever produced — the only original AJ12 Michael Jordan never wore on court. Its reputation was built entirely on palette strength. The 2012 retro left collectors wanting more due to shape inconsistencies; the 2027 release delivers what the colorway has been owed for fifteen years: a shape more faithful to Tinker Hatfield's 1997 original construction.
